In support of dry needling

I am a former Marine and a 100% disabled veteran.  After years of pain from my shoulders and back, multiple procedures including acupuncture, nerve blocks, etc. that did nothing to relieve my discomfort and pain, I was introduced to dry needling via the office where I receive my physical therapy.  This has been the only procedure that has been able to reduce my pain.  There are different procedures that work for different people.  To limit someone to one is unethical and stupid and my bet is that in trying to remove dry needling from the available options, it has to do with monetary gain for the people that perform accupuncture.
