Dry Needling after years of pain

I was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis around 2009. The pain was so intense in my hips that  I could not walk more  than a few hundred feet without stopping.  I began PT treatments, Chiropractic treatments and Pain Management, which included steroid injections and I also had a nerve ablation. I asked for a referral for dry needling from my Pain Management physician. I began going to my therapist Kim who started the dry needling in 2016. Since beginning the dry needling in conjunction with the PT, I have seen a tremendous improvement in my everyday life. I am now able to walk much greater distances and even took a trip to New York City before Christmas and was able to keep up. I would have never been able to do this had I not began the dry needling.
