Client concerns with change.

After discussing this unit cap change with clients they have shared their concerns and have already begun to experience heightened symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, and frusteration to name a few. Clients have also shared that when they have attempted to previously utilize other means of transportation, ie. Medicaid transport, on many occasions has not arrived to pick up client resulting in missed appointments and a possible loss of provider. Clientd have also been left at their appointments stranded to find other transportation home. Many clients have troulbe remembering important details with medications and daily care needs connected to their mental health dissorders. If clinicians can not attended appointments with clients due to a unit cap, this could cause more detriment to clients across the board of mental health. Please reconsider the unit cap change as we believe that it will impact mental health clients in many more unforseen negative ways. Thank you.
