I am in favor of the change to accommodate for extra units but am unsure that it will be feasible in our area to get rid of the 5hr/3unit ratio due to the extra mileage involved in getting to clients in rural areas. Due to the distance of our particular Lynchburg juristiction, it takes time to meet with clients that I believe will often exceed the allotted time provided within the policy changes. In many cases, quality is more important than quantity within this area.
