I believe that dry needling proformed by my PT prior to my spinal surgery greatly improved my post op outcome.  I am an RN and questioned how this procedure could help me but it certainly did.   It is NOT Acupuncture.   It is a medical procedure proformed by a PT who has a Master Degree education.  This cannor be compared to the certiication earned by an accupucturist..  Please review the roll of a PT versus an acupuncturist.
