I strongly oppose legalizing dry needling in VA, because it undermines the essence of acupuncture and gives an appearance that the needles have other uses in the physical therapy practices.  Based on videos from YouTube and other public sources, this practice will easily confuse the general public that this is an extension of acupuncture and distracts them from the true effects of acupuncture.
