Rescinding reciprocity was an incredibly dishonest and completely political act.  The law abiding citizens are the only ones that will be affected, not criminals, as they do not follow our laws. You have made it more risky for anyone with VA plates to go into a place with no reciprocity by letting criminals know that we are unarmed. You will also reduce he amount of tourists that are willing to visiti our state. 

If you are concerned with other states CCW requirements then work with them and pass a law that will cover the entire United States with a common set of requirements.
