Acupuncture with long history in China and Asian countries, in recent years, it has been well received in western societies given its effectiveness in treating joints and muscle issues. However, it requires years of systematic education and training and practice, it can't be adopted by physical therapist with some perfunctory training, which can lead to a lot of safety issue or malpractice.
