This regulation can not pass as it makes our government workers more apt to get attacked by terrorist.  We are granted the right to arm ourselves to be safe and this NEW York govenor is  trying to take this right away.  Since 1950 all but two attackes have been in gun free zones.  What makes you think this will change?  This push to disarm law abiding citizens must STOP!!!  Didn't you learn from the last 14 people that were killed?
