AG Herring: Thank you for making my family and I less safe when I travel.

As a responsibly armed citizen and current CHP holder I simply wanted to thank AG Herring and his supporters for making my family and I less safe when I travel. Only recently I have traveled a round trip to Florida and back home. Then a second trip to New Orleans and back. Both times, as I always do, I travel with my firearm and exercise my concealed carry reciprocity privileges in each state. As a responsibly armed citizen I study each state's requirements and abide by the law of each state. It takes some extra preparation but it is a worthwhile effort to improve the safety of myself and my family. I make many other decisions to increase my odds of not becoming a victim. Now thanks to AG Herring's decision I am faced with making my next trip in a situation that I can only conclude increases the odds of myself or my wife being victimized.

For that I just wanted to issue my heartfelt thanks.
