Removing 25 states from Virginia's recognized reciprocity with other states is wrong on many fronts.  Virginia should be engaged in actions to accept the ccw of all states (House Bill NO. 12). The Mark Herring issue of standards is a smoke screen, hiding his true agenda.  I strongly urge you to undo  AG Herring's ccw states exclusion and start working to pass House Bill NO. 12
