NO  for dry needling by PT. In USA an acupuncturist need to train 3000 hours and pass the state board test before they can put practice needling on patient. I believe 100 hour of training is not enough for anybody to practice dry needling on patients. They are putting patient's safety at risk. If this is proposal is sound and reasonable, an acupincturist can also practice PT with 100 hours training. I do not see the ground of this irresponsible bill which by pass all the state and federal acupuncture law and take short cut to perform dry needling.
