After  30 plus years in the maintance and repair profession my knees were showing the results of age and abuse. I tried many things to get some relief. I used over the counter pain medication,went through case studies and had my knees injected. None of these methods gave lasting relief. After being introduced to dry needling and doing exercise suggested by physical therapist I was amazed at the relief from pain. I am a firm beleiver that that dry needling works wonders.
