Getting a VA CHP requires a more comprehensive background check than being an "Executive Branch" employee, including being governor, or being an elected official  in VA. So you have to wonder, who are the REAL criminals in this equation, and why is Governor McAuliffe trying to protect them from the heavily-vetted, trained, law-abiding citizens of the Commonwealth by establishing all these "gun-free zones"?
