Repeal this executive action

This proposed regulation is a solution for which there is no problem.

As we have seen - persons breaking the law - disregard signs and regulations prohibiting firearms. Creating another gun free zone will not change the motivation of the criminal.

Also - please review the legality of this order - it appears the governor has procedurally overstepped the bounds of the legislature.

The order is also incomplete - there is no mention of if someone disobeys this order on what the penalty is - is it a misdemeanor? a felony? which part for of the Virginia code 18.2- 283 to 915 does this append?

There are too many basic legal questions to allow this incomplete order to stand.
