I oppose to the Dry Needling by PT. It is a trick by PTs. 

"Dry Needling is Acupuncture" and has nothing to with PT.

Acupuncture is only done by trained and lisenced acupuncturelist in Asian

countries.  PTs over in Asia know that Acupuncture is complete system to

treat patients and requires experties in this form of medicine. PTs in Virginia should

simply go to acupuncture school to get lisenced and perform acupuncture after that.
