Over the past five years my wife and I have used the therapy of Dry Needling by a Physical Therapist. The results have been amazing and I highly reccomend thyis procedure. All of these these Physical Therapists have had a Doctors degree  and specialized trainingn in a specific method of Dry Needling. .
