I view this regulation as a violation of the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, and nothing more than a liberal (Democratic) gun "grab" and a totally unnecessary infringment on the rights of every citizen of the Commonwealth.  There is NO EMERGENCY and such regulation is totally unnecessary, In addition, such regulation is a public safety issue and would tend to deny law abiding the right and ability to defend themselves, their families and property.  This proposed regulation in onerous and unnecessary. I do not believe that it should be enacted by any means!
