Another Government Solution that endangers us all

I pray scientist will one day discover the genetic disorder that creates the dillusion in a liberal mind that making citizens weaker and defenseless will make us safer.  Having spent a career in the military and having had up close and very personal contact with the enemy, I can assure you that the enemy seeks weakness and that there is nothing weaker than a disarmed nation.  I presume through your actions that you are necessarily agreeing that both you and your security team will also be disarmed in government buildings.  That is your right, but do not impose such ignorant actions that jeopardizes the safety of the rest of us that must face reality on a daily basis without benefit of taxpayer funded security teams.  An armed nation set us free nearly 250 years ago and has keep us free since.  Let try not to screw up the record!  The right of an individual to protect themselves should not be infringe upon regardless of location.  Drop this action.  I challenge you to extend the comment period so that other citizens concerned about their safety have an opportunity to plea for common sense.
