Denying the right of law-abiding citizens to legally carry concealed weapons in executive offices is a misinformed act of fear. It will do nothing to increase safety and security of the general population. Instead it provides another "gun-free zone" as an easy target for those who would commit horrific acts of violence.  The recent tragedy in California perfectly illustrates the environment that this executive order would create where aggressors are provided a safe haven to do harm to innocent people. It would do nothing to prevent a similar tragedy from occurring here. Do not remove the ability of good citizens to defend themselves in a crisis. Please do the right thing and cancel this Executive Order.
