I believe that limiting a citizen to carry a property acquired and registered weapon. It is a Constitutional right "to bare arms."  We must maintain this right. I believe that the Governor's proposal will restrict or completely eliminate this right and this is wrong. I believe there many other citizens that feel this same way. Therefore, I request that the comment period be extended.
