Allow Citizens to protect themselves from criminals No ban on weapons

As a retired police officer of 32 years and a current reserve member of our United States military. Please do not make myself and other citizens depend on the government for our safety. Do not over step your boundaries by taking our rights to protect ourselves and others if needed in public buildings. We all know that there is not a    (on- duty police officer) right around the corner when needed.

If you agree with this theory, then tell your State police officers that are on your protection detail to go back to their duties patrolling the state. We all have the right for protection. As you are a paid Stewart of our tax money, we cannot afford to put security in every state building.

Why advertise to the criminals that public buildings are a target rich environment because you have passed a bill to make it illegal for citizens to protect themselves and others.
