I oppose the emergency regulation imposed by the governor that bans firearms from state agency buildings. This is a solution looking for a problem. Recent events has shown that "gun-free" zones are the most likely venue for a mass shooting. By creating more "gun-free" zones the governor has created more targets for those who would do us harm.

This regulations should not be approved and the emergency regulation withdrawn.
