More guns make for safer public buildings

A couple of years ago Cherokee County NC allowed firearms in county buildings. A few months later the county was alerted to a shooter coming to the county seat bent on shooting it up. Fortunately Sheriff's Deputies were able to effect a 'no-shots-fired' arrest. Of note is the 'No Victims' attitude pervasive within the buildings. Americans aren't designed as victims. Please lift the agency gun ban. Virginia will be safer for it.
