This proposed regulation will do nothing to increase safety, and will, in fact, make thing more dangerous for state employees and government office customers.  Any criminal, terrorist, or maniac, who is bent on committing mass violence, will not be stopped by a sign on a window.  He will be stopped by an armed citizen, prepared and equipped to take action.
