How is it that Virginia, the birthplace of Washington, Jefferson, Madison and five other presidents, could spawn a governor that in the year 2015 cannot comprehend the simple language of Article 1. Bill of Rights, Section 13 of the Virginia Constitution or the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America and would declare an "emergency" where none exists in order to establish his personal style of dictatorship over the law abiding citizens of this Commonwealth.  The "Virginia is for lovers" motto should be amended to read: Virginia is for slaves!
