Its my right to protect my family and home

Its our right to keep an bear arms. We are American's given the rights by our founding fathers. My grand parents fought to protect our world that we live in today. A firearm ban would only allow honest people to become a victim of assault, rape, or even murder. A firearme ban is not going to remove guns from the illegal owners, just the legal owner who have done right in taking classes, grew up hunting, shooting sports. Owning a gun is my right as long as im legal to obtain a firearm, that right should not be infringed apon. Allow all legal owners to protect themselves and others in time of harm no matter the location. Police are not the only well trained with firearms. If it takes them more than a min to get to a location where a illegal gun owner has openly pulled his firearm and has the intent of doing harm. I hope someone would have a firearm to protect us.
