This regulation is dangerous to public safety

In this day and age we in America need to be keenly aware that there are terrorists  in the public. There are quite a few Chiefs of Police now speaking out that all citizens carry while in public to augment the police in case of an emergency. The Police Chief of Washington D.C. has even spoken that same statement. We the people need as many who can legally carry in all places that the public may go to have that ability to carry. State offices are not immune from these terrorist acts. We need the ability to carry in virtually all places inside of Virginia. The number of people that could be saved by the ability to carry could be huge. Let us not put more people in Virginia at risk. This is not a good regulation. The Governor also has no authority to make this regulation, the General Assembly has never given that kind of power to the Governor. This regulation needs more time for public consideration .Thank you for your time.
