I oppose this illegal regulation which creates dangerous situations

First I ask that this comment period be extended.

Second I object to this misuse of power.  The general assrmbly has not granted this power to the governor.  If they (and when I say they I mean the representatives of the people of the commonwealth of Virginia who did not put this forward) he would have been granted that right. He is not.  What complete arrogance to act outside your rights.

Third I think we have had enough restriction on what is a right of the people.  HOW ABOUT YOU ENFORCE THE LAWS WE HAVE!!!.

Fourth this creates another gun free zone where terrorists and criminals have already demonstrated that not only are they unaffected or impeded by these restrictions but that their plan in most cases is to DIE killing as many citizens as they can.

Fifth you are taking away a legal gun holder from protecting themselves and their family from harm. How can you expect us to place or safety in the hands of the police when they have repeatedly proven they are too far away to make a difference.

Lastly this is exactly the elitist type response I would expect from someone who has their security detail and support. You care only for yourself and what your liberal "feelings" tell you instead of facts. Stop legislating from the gut and use your brain before you disarm the people less entitled than you.
