Stop the Foolish Gun Ban in State-Owned Buildings

Governor Terry McAuliffe has created an "emergency" where none existed before, with his ban of guns in state-owned buildings, even by lawful holders of concealed handgun permits.  By creating "gun-free" zones, and disarming those citizens who obey the law, The governor has paved the way for terrorists, criminals, and the criminally insane, who do NOT obey the laws, to wreak havoc by killing and maiming innocent people who have been deprived of the means to protect themselves.  The mere presence of, or suggestion that defensive weapons will be carried, is a deterrent to this kind of violence.  The mandated absence of any means of protection is an invitation to those bent on evil and mayhem.  Public safety is not increased by taking away defensive weapons, legally carried by law-abiding citizens.
