I disagree with the regulatory action. The Governor has no authority for this regulation. If the General Assembly wanted the Governor to have such power, they would have granted it to him explicitly, as is required constitutionally.

Secondly, this is a regulation in search of a problem.  The law abiding citizens and off-duty police who are now prohibited based on this action are needlessly burdened with more regulations, and at a detriment to their personal safety and property safety.

This regulations should not be approved and the emergency regulation withdrawn.

Please extended the comment period for another 30 days.
