Isn't it obvious by now that banning upstanding legal Concealed Carry Permit (CCP) holders from carrying their guns in public places only attracts the criminal and terrorist elements to those locations.  I'm not a CCP holder but I am greatful to those fellow VA Citizens who do exercise their rights and legal carry at alll times.  We need to expand where they can carry and stop banning them from carrying in public buildings.  I urge you to extend the comment period so more VA Citizens have a chance to weigh in on this.
