Every time we ban law abiding citizens from carrying guns criminals and terrorists know where they can go for easy targets. Churches and schools are gun free zones and they have had more shooting since then. Now if we add state agencies to that they will know there will be less chance of someone stopping them. Drugs are illegal and that hasn't stopped people who are going to break the law.  Bans are only followed by law abiding citizens not criminals.
