There is no emergency here. Calling it that is just a technique to further an agenda that removes the right for good citizens to protect themselves. This does not make our world a safer place.

More inportantly, allowing the governor to do this is another step in giving over all our rights to the government and simply being subjects. It's issues like this that are supposed to be handled by our representative government.
