This propsed regulation will have the opposite of the intended affect By oopening the door for terrorist s and criminals. There have been no shootins in state agencies and this prohibition on those with a concealed handgun permit is entirely unjustified. Disarming good citizens does not make them safer and criminals will not obey the laws. This proposed regulation endangeres state employees law abiding citizens and the innocent by making state buildings a safe zone for terrorists and criminals.
