This Violates the 2nd Amendment as All Government Property is owned by Tax Payers not those Elected nor Employed there upon as you are public 'Servants' not the Property owners and have no Authority under Common Law Property Rights to delegate Land Use. Instead pass Legislation making it a Felony for anyone not a born US Citizen to be sold, possess, or use a firearm unless they are naturalized and have been honorably discharged with no less than 4 years of total Active Duty service.
