Restrictive gun regulations in Chicago and California have clearly demonstrated that once guns are taken out of the hands of law abiding ciitizens, then only criminals possess guns.   The Governor is wrong to try to take advanatage of the distraction created by the holiday season to circumvent Virginia law and the U.S. Constitution to limit gun owner rights.  Every change in gun laws to further restrict gun ownership and use laws makes it more  dificult for law- abiding citizens like us seniors to protect our families and property.   There is no need for an emergency hearing and rule-making process to restrict gun rights in Virginia.    W.
