No more so-called "gun-free zones"

The governor's proposed ban seeks to create "gun-free" zones on the property of all srate agencies. Anyone who has been reading the news about mass shootings has learned that so-called "gun-free zones" are the areas where innocent people are most likely to become victims of mass shootings.  The criminals who are hell-bent on taking out as many innocent people as they can in the shortest period of time will target their victims in a so-called "gun-free zone" because they know that in a so-called "gun-free zone" only they are the ones who will have guns.  Being the only ones who will have guns, they can carry out their mass killings without any fear of being confronted by anyone who might have the means to stop them.  As it has been stated many thousands of times over and over by citizens in favor of preventing crime, "The only thing that is going to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun."
