Disarming law abiding citizens creates more kill zones & danger

The only effect of this proposed regulation will be the creation of more places terrorists, violent criminals, and the criminally insane can go to pluck of innocent victimes. How many shootings have occurred in state agencies? ZERO. So, this regulation will not "fix" a problem. Instead, it creates future zones of terror. Those with concealed handgun permits, some of whom have active and ongoing threats to their lives, is entirely without any justification and needlessly and recklessly endangers innocent lives. What this regulation will do is -disarm good citizens (who are the only ones likely to obey the prohibition, -does not make them or anyone safer. The Governor has no authority for this regulation.  The General Assembly (GA) does & they didn't give the Governor such power. Otherwise, the GA would have granted explicit authority to the Governor. This regulation has been lauded as solving gun violence. Nothing is farther from reality. Since 1950, all but TWO of the mass shootings have occurred in "gun free" zones just like those which would be created by this regulation. So, the Governor's plan is being hailed as a means to protect in places which aren't & haven't been places criminals kill. His wish to push this regulation will be a direct way to endanger more citizens. I do not want him to create more places criminals & terrorists have to kill. He is sending invitations to criminals, terrorists, & the criminally insane that they will have MORE places to kill unopposed, with impunity, & will have ample time to snuff out many innocent lives. That is a horrible legacy. This regulation should not be approved. The emergency regulation should be withdrawn. Please extend the comment period for another 30 days. Please let me know what you will do.
