I do not agree with the proposed regulation requiring an authorization for Crisis Stabilization Services. When an individual is in need of crisis stabilization services, he/she needs that service immediately - they do not want to wait, nor should they wait, several days to get an authorization. By delaying services, the individual may very well be hospitalized. I hope that this proposed regulation will be carefully considered with the individual's well being first in mind.
