What law authorizes the State Board of Elections to change the voter registration form to make US citizenship questions optional when both Article II, Section 2 of the Virginia Constitution AND Code of Virginia § 24.2-418 both state explicitly and clearly otherwise?  What makes the SBE think that this activity cannot be viewed as a premeditated violation of state law, i.e., a crime?  So then why have laws if nobody has to obey them?

I oppose these form changes as would any citizen who favors the rule of law.  THESE CHANGES SHOULD NOT BE IMPLEMENTED and should never even have been proposed.
