Changing Qualifications - Illegally

Neither the Board of Elections nor the Governor have the right to change the law or Constitution. So eliminating the quirements listed in both requiring affirmative statement as to the lack of disabilities to vote, would be a criminal act on two levels---perhaps three. For decades now the push has been to broaden the voter base to more and more people. This would cause more people to give up on voting as it benefits ONE party at the LOSS to another. Everyone knows that democrats depend on illegal and incompetent votes to get elected, their socialist and anti-life views being unpopular among responsible Americans and Virginias. They are the same people, through their controlled 'news' meadia and PSAs telling people to get out and vote, regardless of whether they have a clue who or what they are voting for except they've been told how to vote by paid union thugs. But voting is regarded by these leftists to be such an absolute right as having a bowel movement -- and with about the same outcome. Expect never ending court battles if you dare to make such a move. But perhaps this kind of Cloward-Pivens chaos is what you want!
