Vote NO on the proposed changes 

They are unnecessary, confusing and open the door WIDE to voter fraud.  

We must contiue the requirements that the applicant is a legal US citizen, has not been convicted of a felony, and has not been found mentally incompetent.  These are legal qualifications to vote and an applicant should not have the option to ignore the questions pertaining to such.
