I strongly oppose the proposed change.  It will make life difficult for registrars  across the Commonwealth.  The checkbox is necessary for an individual voter to affirm his or her citizenship, the lack of felony convictions, and the absence of any legal mental competency ruling against the applicant.   Use of the new form should not be implemented.
