Every vote should count.  When you make it easier to commit fraud each vote does not count because it is offset by illegal and fraudently votes. Instead of making it easeir to commit fraud, you should do the opposite.  Voting should be one of the top priorities for everyone to ensure integrity in the voting place and selection of those who will represent you.
