Over-reach of Governor

Do not change the Virginia Code nor rewrite the Virginia Constitution by an executive over-reach. Do not add further to our state's debt by entitlements to those who are non-citizens and felons.  Voters should be citizens, who are in good standing.  Regarding immigration policies, the U. S. has more immigrants than any other nation in the world.  To see a streamlined, efficient immigration policy refer to Mexico's: their law ensures visitors and immigrants enter the country legally, have means to support themselves economically, will not be burdens to the country, will benefit the country's society and economy, be of good character and have no criminal records, and must contribute to the country. Immigration authorities have a record of each foreign visitor to assure they do not violate their visas, are banned from interfering in internal politics, are imprisoned or deported if they enter under false pretenses or if they violate the terms of their entry, and finally, those who aid in illegal immigration are imprisoned.  Americans who work in Mexico must have employment visas.
