First of all it is not your right to fundamentally change the laws which govern our voting in Virginia. You do have regulatory power to address issues within those laws and are subject to them.  You do NOT have the authoirty to change the law.  I resent this usurpation of the will of people of Virginia's as has been expressly codified by our laswmakers. and demand you cease and desist.
