When people who are not eligible to vote are peermitted to vote, the value of my vote has been reduced. Everyone who is eligible to vote should be encouraged to study the issues and to vote. However, it should be able to subtantiate that all who vote are eligible to vote. The vote is a most valuable possession and should not be de-valued in any way.
