Virginia State Board of Elections "NO" to proposal

This is an obvious attempt by an Administrative body to undermine the law of the State of Virginia which denies franchise to illegal aliens, non-citizens, and felony offenders.  I strenuously object to this attempt by the State Board of Elections to engage in policy making which has the effect of making it impossible to prove that voter fraud has been committed in Virginia by making it optional/unnecessary for voter applicants to disclose their citizenship status and criminal history. It is the duty of the SBE to ensure that elections are conducted fairly and by qualified citizen-voters of the State of Virginia.  The Democratic-led SBE is attempting to circumvent the citizens of Virginia's elected officals because they know this proposal would not stand the light of day in the General Assembly and is the only way possible for progressives and left-wing liberals to gain additional votes from convicted criminals, illegal aliens, and non-citizens sympathetic to their misguided and morally degraded ideology.
