Proposed Voter Registration Application Regulation

The "citizen boxes" on the voter registration form should remain there. If people are not marking the box ... make it bigger; use bold font. The privilege to vote is a sacred one, and everything possible SHOULD be done to ensure that it is citizens who are voting. Proof of citizenship SHOULD be required to vote. ANY amount of voter fraud is way too much. Also ... it should also be law in Virginia, actually in every state, that a candidate has to receive at least 50% of the vote in order to win the election. If there are three or more candidates, and no one receives 50%, there should be a run-off vote between the two who received the most votes. This law should also apply to federal elections. It is a shame that the will of the people gets ignored because someone who has a certain agenda decides to run on a 3rd party ticket for the specific purpose of ensuring the win of one of the other candidates.
